The techniques used "indoors" also work outdoors.

Ballasting the Italian bridge.

Great to see the trains running and running at high speed.

I replaced two bridges on my high speed line against more modern ones. (And because the older ones had a problem with rust). And I created a new background on the fence.

That pink plate is to protect the ballast glue against rain until it has dryed. Tomorrow I will make pictures without that.

So, despite the fall, I've made a little more progress with the new cutoff.

Since my Korean KTX wants a minimum radius of 730mm, I had to build a bypass around the only curve <730mm. 

The removable part of the bridge is held in position by the four specially made catenary poles.

I’ve just been having a great catch up! It’s really good to see how much progress you’ve made and I’m very pleased that the bridge from Italy finally arrived, it looks fantastic.

That's a great video of the Korean train. So nice to see you running trains, and the railway itself is looking very good.  Well done for all that hard work.  And the way you've securing the new bridge section is very ingenious.
