Hi Thomas, very interesting what is that white stuff you using in the mold you made up , I have a couple of cutting on my layout , we  had out turn last fortnight very heavy rain.

The developers have started work stage two of our estate, I will make the most of it noise wise , can't wait till they start building more houses in our street, I am  busy track laying , keep the good work up .

Tony from down under

Hi tony!

The white stuff is simply smoothing filler.

Otherwise the bridge consists of Styrodur and weatherproof MDF.

Regards Thomas

I recovered the bridge that was smashed by the cat.

By cannibalizing some of the segments that were most severely damaged, the rest could be easily repaired.

In addition, the embankment was built a little further.

Unfortunately, the weather is pretty bad for May, so I'm not really making any headway.

There were a few weather records broken in the UK in May too I believe. I'm waiting on Mick's weather report for the month, but he's been very quiet of late so hoping everything's OK with him.

Anyway, let's hope June brings more opportunities to get out into the garden and progress /play on our railways.

Everything's fine with me Barry but apologies to everyone for my lack of input recently (and also my lack of weather updates!) I'll post further details on my thread in a day or so.

Thomas,

This is coming together nicely. The fake rock integrates really nicely with the real stones (if I'm looking at it correctly). Impressive work.

Yes, I'm very satisfied with my fake rock.

😁

If you think I'm crazy with my HSL in the garden, look at this from China:

Hallo Tony!

The Rhine has a lot of flooding, but there is no danger.
The continuous rain also stopped so that I could continue building.

Regards Thomas
