I am building my layout this spring and have been stocking up many succulents, as they are drought tolerant, no maintenance and should self spread as time goes on.

I have some of those Sempervivum's and Sedums dotted around the borders but I can't say I've ever seen or heard of the Jade tree. Will have to have a look out for that one - especially if it's easy to propagate.
