mick
Announced earlier this year and with an expected delivery date of November/December 2010, the Bachmann website now features a sample pre-production photograph of the forthcoming 2-8-0 Class 7F locomotive. The loco features all new tooling and an adjustable drawbar length and looks extremely impressive so far. ba14eagle
Took delivery of my Bachmann 7F, 53809 on Friday . What a beauty! Too frightened to take it out of the packaging as yet! Cant decide whether to stick a cheap decoder in it straight away or wait for a sound decoder to become available.
mick
I have 53809 ordered and am eagerly awaiting delivery. I was undecided as to whether or not I should get one because there are so many items available right now that trying to decide which ones to actually get is a nightmare, but as 53809 depicts a preserved loco I thought I'd better get in quick to ensure I get one before they sell out. I have to agree that it looks superb and wouldn't imagine you'll have to wait too long for a sound decoder - in fact I would be surprised if 'Howes' don't have one available within the next few days. Have to get some photos of the model up soon.
