Eddy
Hi Fellow enthuisiats, since I have re-established my 00 layout in garden I have come accross a major problem. A blackbird has decided to consistanly 'bomb' any of my trains going round the 2 large circuits. You bet a soon as I power up the layout and start moving any of the trains, LMS passenger coaches with black steam engine or Class 37 Mary Queen of Scots and matching brightly coloured coaches, he appears, stands on the top of the hedge, fencing panel or what is left of the cordaline tree, and then swoops at the train dive bombing it, laying it on it's side. Don't want get my gun out I just wanna him to go away. On one occasion he came within 2 feet of me looking at him so close reminds of Rod Hull's emu. I will give anything a try except getting a cat cos they will get my fish.

traingeekboy
I'm sure it's a pain, but I bet the bird is really having fun. They are very intelligent creatures. You should take video of it. It's a very unique railway problem and must be documented.
