Spring Greens After a month of cold and then wet, our weather hasn't been great until very recently. So I needed to seize the moment in today's sunshine and decided it felt like a day for running Southern Region branch line trains, using the N Class and the BR Standard 2-6-4 tank. Sun is out - lets play 🚆 Ive got to admit, running the OO today felt a bit of a chore at times - I hope that passes 🙁 I don't know if it's that I've got so much stock it's a faff getting it all out and then putting it away again or the slightly less forgiving nature of the smaller scale for needing clean and well tidied track. Or, it might just be that I'm tired and not feeling very good after having my first CV19 jab.1 point

Sure does Mick. Touch wood we've had a good enough run of weather to be able to get 80% of what I wanted done. Last 20 or so connector wires to go but we're now at a stage where we can run locos! Also decided to get rid of the point just after entering the garage and opted for a nice 3rd radius sweep instead. More reliable and gives more room for my station building. Before and after
