Bachmann Scenecraft Coaling Tower

Hot on the heels of Hornby's announcement of a limited issue coaling tower, Bachmann have announced their own model of a locomotive coaling tower based on the well-known facility at Carnforth locomotive shed. Standing at over 30cm tall, this Bachmann Scenecraft coaling tower serves two tracks and allows 4 loco's to be serviced at one time. It includes a non-working coal wagon lifting cradle.

This model looks absolutely amazing and it should be available in model shops during the 2nd quarter of this year. I wasn't all that convinced with the Hornby offering announced at Christmas but there's no way I'm going to miss this one! I think Bachmann have stolen a march on Hornby with this.
